Breakfast Buffet at Pan Pacific Manila Hotel

I have mentioned in my previous post about our stay at Pan Pacific Hotel Manila that the wonders of our experience weren’t just confined within the corners of our room.  While I had the grandest time relaxing in our room, the best thing that really left a mark on me was our dining experiences.

The morning after the night I spent sleeping like a baby in our room, we were greeted with an awesome breakfast buffet waiting for us at the Pan Pacific Lounge 21st floor of the hotel.  Wide variety of food which wasn’t just limited to the usual breakfast dishes was spread at the buffet table while guests were busy loading up to face a great day ahead.

The choices at the buffet spread were very impressive.  Variety is definitely one of their strong suit.  I am pretty much contented with just my bacon and toast, but having stuffed turkey at that time in the morning isn’t bad either.  There were varieties of viands to choose from especially for those who favored rice for their breakfast.

Different kinds of bread and pastries were freshly baked but bread heater/toaster was also located at the same counter.  Butter and different jams, cheese selections which I love the most were also available. 

Salad bar, fruit selections, and desserts offer quite hefty choices.   Japanese soba, sushi, maki, pita bread, humus, and noodles also added variation to the buffet spread.  Omelet station is located beside near the beverage station where yogurt and different cereals sat side by side by containers of fresh fruit juices.  Teas, hot chocolate, and freshly brewed coffee were also offered by the friendly butlers to every diner.

I was impressed by the way that the Food & Beverage team takes care of their buffet spread.  They make it a point to refill everything from time to time so that the guest wouldn’t have to wait.

We were able to meet the friendly and very accommodating Mr. Vic Lacap of the F&B team who introduces us to the Chefs responsible for the awesome food they serve at Pan Pacific Manila. They were very accommodating to our questions regarding the food the same way that they are very open about our comments on it.  

They definitely made our stay at Pan Pacific Manila all the more enjoyable and pleasantly unforgettable.  F&B team definitely plays a vital role in helping the status of a hotel, no wonder Pan Pacific Manila remains to be one of the best in Hotel Industry.

The ambiance at the Pacific Lounge is definitely one of the many things I really enjoyed during our breakfast.  Guests were also allowed to take their meal at the garden of the lounge where they can enjoy their food in a lovely outdoor ambiance.

 It was indeed a lovely breakfast for my sister and me.  The food were awesome for its remarkable variety, ambiance was great, and people were lovely.  It sure made the start of our day beautiful.This is just the start of my food post about Pan Pacific Manila.  In the coming days, I will be sharing with you the best dishes we have enjoyed during our stay, so I hope you stay tuned for that.
